Mary Singleton

Claire Elizabeth Gallery is pleased to present our June Artist Spotlight - the work of Mary Singleton. In her most recent body of work, Singleton explores the vibrant colors and undulating forms of native flora & botanicals. Inspired by a childhood favorite, “The Secret Garden”, Singleton’s collection is intended to inspire the viewer to escape into another place, where nature & earth “bloom” despite all odds.

Mary Singleton is a local artist, who lives and works in the vibrant Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans. She received a BFA from Louisiana State University and has exhibited her work throughout the South. Her work is included in a number of private and public collections including Our Lady of the Lake Hospital (Baton Rouge), Children’s Hospital (New Orleans), Oschner Hospital (locations throughout Louisiana) and Brechtel Hospitality/Copper Vine Restaurant (New Orleans). For inquiries about Singleton’s “Secret Garden” collection or other available works by the artist, please, email us.
